The Summit Pack was fashioned by fusing together the minimal and functional elements from the Metro Pack and Porter Pack, of the Hyperlite Mountain Gear line. The union of such features produced a pack that can carry its weight in essential functionality for the outdoors, as well as being able to cater to lighter use while out and about.
Like its kin, the Summit Pack is constructed from the proprietary Cuban fiber/polyester material that is the brand’s claim to fame; i.e. durability, protection and strength.
A key differentiator of this pack would be the two daisy chains allowing for multiple attachment points and adjustable shock cord for securing gear.
Additional specifications include: adjustable shoulder straps, roll top closure, 1600 cu/in capacity, a sternum strap, bar tacked reinforcements on stress points, and a convertible top closure compression strap that doubles as a hip belt.
