Invited to develop a single or range of products to celebrate the design manufacturer Lexon’s 20th anniversary, London-based DesignWright developed the Buro series of desk accessories. The set of seven accessories includes a tape dispenser, calculator, USB hub, stapler, hole punch, calendar and magnifying lens which are reminiscent of wooden building blocks or a collection of miniature books, unifying the items commonly found on a desk into a coherent and practical range. Designed to look appealing both individually and as a set, the desk accessories are finished in a gradient of color and feature a pleasant, desk-gripping rubberized exterior. Able to be neatly aligned or stacked in any orientation, the functional pieces in the Buro family elevate desk accessories form mundane to chic and interesting. available in three color gradients of either green, grey or purple, the pieces are made from ABS with a rubberized finish.

– Each piece features the same length and height, allowing for the pieces to stack or align in any way
– The width of each piece varies from .5 inches to 2 inches
– Each piece is a slightly different shade of grey, creating a gradient when placed together
– LCD desktop calendar features week number and clock and is powered by 2 AAA batteries (included)
– Tape dispenser uses standard tape and is shipped with one matte tape roll
– USB hub has 3 ports and features an SD card reader and compact flash reader
– Lens provides 3x magnification and features LED illumination
– Hole punch drills two holes with standard European spacing
