Incorporating Hollow Heat Flow technology and serving as a midweight layering piece, the H2 Flo jacket incorporates scores of dime, quarter and silver dollar-sized holes. Its coat’s shell seems to be made of softshell and ripstop materials while its entire back half is comprised of a mesh fabric, which helps it to retain its shape. The jacket includes 4 zippered vents on the front as well. It seems as though Hansen has found a solution to a long standing moisture problem in which accumulated sweat brings discomfort where one’s backpack touches the spine, kidneys and shoulders.
