This specialist glass company has brought many interesting proposals to Milan. For this first collaboration with Glas Italia, studio bouroullec made a collection of thermo-welded glass to which they associate elements of wood and felt. Diapositive consists of an assembly system of simple glass panels in which the edges are protected with pieces of wood, getting away from the impression of fragility.

Diapositive is centred on the glued assembly of glass panels with corners protected by these soft materials – a solution that manages to distance the pieces from the sense of fragility automatically associated with glass.

The collection includes desks in two sizes, benches and a shelf, all in a range of colours developed specially for Diapositive: dark grey, light grey, pink, orange and clear – in both monochromatic and mixed-colour solutions.
