Culinary preferences change. This knife series satisfies many people‘s demand for fine and delicate foods. It is named after the famous Chinese cook Pao Ding and consists of the seven most commonly used knives. Their blades are of high quality cutlery steel and are attached tightly to the easily cleaned POM plastic handles by means of modern welding technology. The ergonomically oriented handle design is inspired by bamboo and gives a natural and equally elegant character.
