The Jawbone Up is back after some exclusively functional improvements including a firmer fitting cap for the iPhone connector and using medical grade hypoallergenic rubber for the wristband. Water and moisture resistance has also been improved over the last generation. Up is used to track and record daily physical activity and can also be used to track sleep patterns. This information can then be loaded into the Up application for iPhone or iPad via the headphone jack and reviewed for possible areas of improvement.
