Nendo has ensued its strategy of re-inventing the history of furniture making throughout Asia by replicating techniques, materials and so on. Now they have created -Weave- a partition made of plywood pieces held together with metal pipes. The “Weave” gets its name from a technique the structure resembles, weaving. The Weave can be assembled in a variety of ways to create different lengths and patterns depending on the number of pipes. Nendo has made a historical structure into a contemporary item.
