Driven by the traditional bentwood archetype, Gamper sought to modify the iconic original by adding strength to the joins through square bentwood panels, thus eliminating the need for a supportive ring and crating a more angular aesthetic. Different woods and colors were also applied by Gamper to infuse a bit of his own sensibility.
