Palla. Giovanni travasa.

Blog Widget by LinkWithin

If the Palla, by Giovanni Travasa for Vittorio Bonacina gives off a bouncy, mod air, then it’s probably because the original model was designed in the 1960s. Rattan cane was woven together to structure a shape reminiscent of a bean bag chair, and housing a core of rattan. The indented space, like a ginormous impressioned hacky sack, is the perfect place to park your bottom for well-supported lounging. The Palla is a renowned design, recognized in museums and design books. Surely the recognition will live on for years to come, reflecting the timeless simplicity of its origin.
Palla comes in an array of chicly muted colors: organic, red, blue, green and marigold.
