Embodying an authentic demonstration of mechanical ingenuity, its selfwinding movement displays the day and month in two side- by-side apertures, while a half-moon center pointer indicates the date around the dial. In addition to the aviation slide rule, a tachometer and a 1/100th of an hour indication, the Montbrillant Datora also provides a second hour display in 24-hour mode, also known as “military time”.
