The PK22 is an easy chair designed by Poul Kjaerholm for Fritz Hansen. With the simplicity and elegance of a typical Poul Kjaerholm design, this easy chair has become a brilliant icon. Kjaerholm used a combination of steel and wicker or leather with a satin-brushed stainless spring steel base. The PK22 is available in several choices of leathers and wicker. This chair, designed in 1956, became an instant commercial success and was awarded the Grand Prix at the Milan Triennale.
