B & B Italia’s cozy Piccola Papiliochair encompasses the sitter for absolute comfort and sense of relaxation. The chair is a smaller version of the Grande Papilio, which had been presented a year earlier and was very successful. Designed by Naoto Fukasawa, the chair allows the user to immediately feel at home in any room or office. This swivel armchair has a tubular steel form with shaped polyurethane foam, polyester fiber cover with fabric or leather cover in a variety of colors. This homey chair evokes the idea of Fukasawa’s intent to make the chair look like a “big soft toy”.
