The un-cluttered, straightforward design of the 103 series was inspired by the simplistic utilitarian functionality of mid-century factory wall clocks made by British manufacturers such as Smiths Sectric and Gent of Leicester. It is constructed from 316L stainless steel and features a screen printed dial, hardened mineral crystal lens, screwed back-plate and UV resistant polyurethane rubber strap.
