Fold. Alexander taylor.

With a nod to traditional lamp designs, the Fold family of lamps is named after the technique used in the production process where the aluminum is subjected to multiple folding. Designed by Alexander Taylor for Established & Sons, the Fold clan consists of a large floor lamp, and two smaller table lamps. Although the lamp conveys the image of tradition, particularly in the subtle incorporation of the braided fabric cord, the construction process and materials used are totally current- allowing a modern sensibility to shine brightly from the design. Taylor’s challenge in this creation was to develop something that appears simple yet requires an unexpectedly complex production process.
The powder coated steel, colored lamps have a glossy finish and give off a mod vibe. A limited edition Corten steel version is also available. Available in 3 sizes, 230mm, 450mm and 1550mm; and 3 color ways, signal white, sulphur yellow, black and red.
Inquire through Established & Sons for limited edition and prices.
